Mitchell & Ness NBA Men's 2006-07 Basketball Swingman Jersey from New Orleans/Oklahoma City Hornets Legend Chris Paul. On February 14th, 2007, Chris Paul and the New Orleans/OKC Hornets wore a special "Valentine's Day" Jersey, one season after Hurricane Katrina forced their team to move to Oklahoma City temporarily in 2005. As a way to pay tribute to the city that hosted them throughout the disaster, the team displayed "Oklahoma City" across the front of their uniforms. Before that Valentine's Day game in 2007 (a 110-93 win over Sacramento at the Ford Center), the Hornets had never worn a jersey color outside its normal team colors of gold, purple and teal. The only way to obtain a jersey at the time was to be at the arena that day, as they were never sold again. Therefore considered an especially rare uniform, this Alternate Hardwood Classics jersey is a must-have for any collector
