30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear cannot be accepted.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at support@jerseyvault.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
2. We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions within 24 hours.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible and ship it to the address provided.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

Need a different size? The fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size. This ensures the size you want doesn't sell out while your return is in transit.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective item or the wrong product, contact us immediately with photos. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — your choice.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, worn or washed jerseys cannot be returned. Final sale items (clearly marked) are also non-returnable.
